(Tampa) went above and beyond in every aspect and in every phase of the process of selecting shutters for our home. He spent time with me to make sure I was choosing a product that would fit my needs and make me happy. He made sure that the sales transaction was appropriately completed , showed up when promised, and communicated regularly with me to keep me updated on my order, delivery, and installation. On installation day two weeks after placing the order, Ken and West focused on getting the installation work performed timely and cleaned up any mess. They were professional and trustworthy, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing blinds or shutters.
